Specifically, there is a possibility that these emails may be sent from a camouflaged account, using our company logo, with the aim of stealing information and committing fraud.

Phishing emails

These emails work as follows:

• They may closely resemble our real emails to customers.

• They copy the logo, features and style of real emails.

• They use terms that create an impression of urgency.

• They ask you to download an attached file or click on an electronic link.

Attention:

Our official communication comes exclusively from email addresses ending in "@igi-group.com".

We never use providers like "@gmail", "@yahoo" or other free email services to send emails.

Smishing SMS:

SMS scams work like this:

Usually, they ask you to click on an online link or call a phone number to verify, update or activate an account.

Our company NEVER uses SMS to transfer information to customers.

The only information transferred by SMS after consultation with the customer is the tracking number of the parcel to the courier company.

Instructions for fraud cases:

• If you have not requested the tracking number from our employee yourself, simply delete any SMS you received from any number.

• For any updates, check our official website by typing https://igi-group.com yourself (and not by clicking on any link you received in the email or SMS.

• Please be extremely careful and cautious. Our company assumes no responsibility for any costs, charges or payments that you may make by following procedures that are the result of fraudulent activity.
